Role overview
Ayers Rock Resort is seeking a hospitality-focused Food & Beverage Attendant to work on site in Yulara, Northern Territory, about a 20-minute drive from Uluru. This role suits someone who enjoys delivering warm, efficient service and creating memorable guest experiences across one of the resort’s outlets.
Core duties
- Deliver outlet service in line with the specific sequence of service used by the venue.
- Mix and serve drinks while complying with Northern Territory RSA rules and the venue’s internal policies.
- Recognize guest dietary needs and communicate them to the relevant team members.
- Support a consistently high guest experience throughout every stage of the visit.
Role requirements
A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is required for this position.
