Opportunity

An award-winning estate in the Hunter Valley is adding multiple front-of-house team members for ESCA Restaurant as the business continues to expand. This is a chance to join a well-regarded wine and hospitality destination and contribute to memorable guest experiences.

The role comes with structured training, steady working hours, and a supportive team culture. You will help deliver the estate’s signature wine-and-dining experience and ensure each guest interaction feels warm, polished, and memorable.

Role fit

This position suits people who enjoy hospitality, customer interaction, food, wine, events, or tourism. Experience in food and beverage or broader customer service is helpful, but motivated candidates who want to develop in the industry are also welcome.

A current NSW RSA Competency Card is required, or you must be willing to obtain one before starting. You should present yourself professionally, work well with others, and be available for evenings and weekends. Reliable own transport is also essential.

Working pattern

The role is for casual work and may involve up to 20 hours per week, mainly on week nights and weekends.
