Role Overview

As a Food & Beverage Attendant in the bar, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to guests by:

• Providing high-quality food and beverage service during all guest interactions.
• Maximizing revenue by promoting additional menu items.
• Supporting customers with special dietary requirements and offering informed beverage recommendations.
• Collaborating effectively with the existing team to ensure smooth operations.

Candidate Profile

We seek candidates who demonstrate the following:

• Previous experience working in a similar food and beverage service setting.
• Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktail preparation.
• An engaging and personable nature to connect well with guests.
• Proactiveness in making guest interactions positive and efficient.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
• A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
