Role Summary

This Food & Beverage Attendant position is a lively, guest-facing role focused on creating memorable service moments. It suits someone who enjoys staying active, working closely with a team, and contributing to a vibrant hospitality environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome guests warmly and provide hospitality that makes people feel comfortable and valued.
  • Deliver food and beverages efficiently while remaining active and engaged throughout service.
  • Build strong menu knowledge so you can answer questions, offer suggestions, and improve the dining experience.
  • Stay alert to guest needs, think ahead, and help the team keep service flowing smoothly in a busy setting.
  • Collaborate with coworkers to ensure each guest receives a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Follow food safety practices, stay aware of allergens, and help maintain a safe dining environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Prior hospitality experience, ideally in medium to large restaurants; experience in a 5-star hotel is an added advantage.
  • At least 3 years of customer service experience with a genuine focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone, including professionally taking room service orders.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to bring energy to the team.
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced situations, handling multiple tasks, and staying calm under pressure.
  • Barista or coffee-making experience is highly desirable.
