About the Role
Svenska Design Hotels, a renowned European boutique hotel chain from Sweden, is seeking a Food and Beverage Service Supervisor to join their luxury 5-star hotel located in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. This role requires at least 5 years of experience in food and beverage service with strong communication skills in English and preferably Telugu.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and develop the food and beverage service team to ensure high standards of performance.
- Welcome guests warmly and deliver outstanding customer service throughout their visit.
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations to guarantee smooth and efficient service.
- Provide knowledgeable menu recommendations and address guest inquiries about hotel services.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all food and beverage outlets.
- Manage guest feedback effectively, resolving concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure coordinated and seamless service delivery.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in hotel management or a related field.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in food and beverage service roles.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Telugu is advantageous.
