About the Role

Svenska Design Hotels, a European boutique hotel brand from Sweden, is hiring Food & Beverage Service Associates / Senior Associates for its 5-star luxury property in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is INR 1.20 lakh to INR 1.80 lakh per year.

Qualification and Experience

Candidates should hold an undergraduate degree or diploma in hotel management. Prior experience in F&B service is required for this role.

Language Requirements

Strong English communication is mandatory, while knowledge of Telugu is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and deliver a high standard of guest service.
• Record orders accurately and efficiently while accommodating guest preferences.
• Present food and beverages in a polished and timely manner.
• Recommend menu items, respond to guest queries, and share information about hotel offerings.
• Keep the dining area tidy, well-arranged, and presentable.
• Address guest concerns, comments, and service issues quickly and professionally.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to support seamless service delivery.
