Role Overview
This part-time, onsite position as a Food and Beverage Specialist involves actively supporting daily restaurant operations. You will be responsible for presenting and serving dishes and drinks, guiding guests through the selection of menu items, and ensuring orders are completed accurately and delivered promptly. Key duties include welcoming and assisting customers, maintaining cleanliness and order in service areas, coordinating with kitchen and bar teams, and adhering to food safety and hygiene protocols.

- Manage guest inquiries and effectively address minor concerns during service to ensure satisfaction.
- Contribute to creating a smooth, warm, and inviting dining atmosphere.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Proven skills in food and beverage service with the capacity to handle order management and service pace efficiently.
- Strong customer service and communication abilities, ensuring professional, clear, and polite interactions with guests.
- Interest in Spanish cuisine, particularly tapas, and confidence in explaining menu items.
- Capability to work well within a fast-moving, team-based environment, including availability on evenings and weekends.
- Understanding of food safety standards, hygiene regulations, and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) policies.
- Prior experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is advantageous.
- Dependable, punctual, flexible, with meticulous attention to detail and dedication to providing inclusive and respectful service.
