Role Overview

This Food and Beverage Specialist position is a full-time, on-location role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The specialist will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of food and drinks while maintaining exceptional quality, safety, and hygiene standards. Typical duties include taking and processing customer orders, managing payment transactions both in cash and electronically, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring that both front-of-house and kitchen areas remain clean and orderly.

Direct interaction with guests is a key aspect of this role, requiring attentive service, responding to menu inquiries, and handling any customer concerns promptly and professionally. The role demands collaboration with team members to ensure smooth workflow during peak times and fostering a positive dining experience for guests.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven skills in food service and beverage operations.
• Exceptional communication abilities and a customer-focused approach.
• Basic to intermediate culinary skills, especially regarding food safety and preparation techniques.
• Willingness and ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi Emirate with flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
• Prior experience in cafes, restaurants, or hospitality settings is advantageous.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards; possessing related certifications is a plus.
• Physical capability to stand for long hours, lift moderate weights, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
