Role Overview
This full-time position is based onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as a member of the Food and Beverage Service team. The primary responsibilities involve greeting guests warmly, presenting menus, taking accurate food and beverage orders, and delivering items efficiently. Daily duties encompass arranging and clearing tables, upholding cleanliness and hygiene standards within the dining area, and consistently observing safety and service protocols. The role entails close coordination with kitchen and bar personnel, managing guest questions and complaints professionally, and processing payments meticulously. Staff members are expected to foster a positive dining experience by offering attentive, polite, and prompt service throughout their shifts.
Candidate Qualifications
- Prior experience in food and beverage, restaurant service, hotel hospitality, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact courteously with guests and team members.
- Fundamental knowledge of food and beverage products, service etiquette, and hygiene/safety regulations.
- Availability to work onsite in Riyadh including the flexibility to cover shifts, weekends, and public holidays as necessary.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail when handling orders, service, and financial transactions.
- Physical capability to stand for long hours, carry trays, and perform typical table service duties.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages commonly spoken in Riyadh is advantageous.
- Professional grooming and a commitment to creating a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment for guests.
- Formal certifications or training in hospitality, food safety, or customer service are considered a plus.
