About the Role

Hello Auntie is an authentic Vietnamese restaurant located at 278 Illawarra Road, Marrickville NSW 2204. We offer a fresh take on classic Vietnamese flavors and are expanding our team with new Front of House (FOH) and Bartender staff. If you're passionate about quality food, great service, and a vibrant team culture, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities and Role Details

• Serve customers efficiently and with a positive attitude at the front of house.
• Prepare and serve beverages as a bartender.
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with fellow team members.
• Be available for shifts during evenings and weekends, with flexible part-time or full-time hours.
• Receive comprehensive training to develop skills both in FOH and bar operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Exhibit a cheerful, positive demeanor and effective communication skills.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn; full training will be provided.
• Capability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-moving hospitality setting.
• Prior experience in hospitality is beneficial but not mandatory; a proactive can-do attitude is highly valued.
• Basic English comprehension is sufficient.
• Open to applicants holding Working Holiday, Student, Permanent Resident, Citizen, or other visas.
