If you have a passion for flowers, this opportunity is perfect for you! We are looking for a dedicated florist (m/w/d) to join our team either part-time or full-time at our Berlin Lichterfelde location.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing personalized flower arrangements for customers
• Providing expert advice and selling favorite floral products
• Maintaining and attractively displaying product selections as well as stocking merchandise
• Managing cashier duties efficiently and responsibly

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training as a florist or gardener
• Strong German language skills at B2 level or higher, both written and spoken
• Willingness to work flexibly on weekends, public holidays, and in early or late shifts (starting from 6 a.m. or until 8 p.m.)
• Enjoy creative work with flowers and plants
• Affection for physical and hands-on tasks
• Passion for sales and interacting with customers in a floral environment
