Role Overview

This position is a full-time florist role based at our Dubai location, requiring on-site presence. The florist will be responsible for crafting and assembling flower arrangements and decorative pieces for retail consumers, corporate clients, and special events, ensuring each creation matches customer tastes and company standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Selecting and preparing flowers for arrangements and displays.
• Maintaining aesthetic and organized shop presentations.
• Taking care of floral inventory and ensuring freshness.
• Assisting customers with choices, advising on options, and handling orders and payments.
• Coordinating delivery logistics when necessary.
• Collaborating with colleagues to create seasonal themes and promotional decorations.
• Supporting business growth initiatives via special projects and display enhancements.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong expertise in floral design and flower arrangement, with an artistic eye for color, texture, and overall composition.
• Creativity in developing unique bouquets, centerpieces, and event décor concepts.
• Excellent customer service skills, including effective communication, listening, and problem-solving.
• Hands-on experience decorating for events, retail spaces, and special occasions.
• Knowledge of proper flower care, handling, and storage methods to preserve quality.
• Capability to work on-site in Dubai, including availability on weekends and holidays as required.
• Proficient time management and organization, adept at managing multiple orders and deadlines efficiently.
• Previous experience as a florist or similar role in a creative retail environment is preferred, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
