Role summary

In this position, you will report to the department manager and collaborate with other estimating professionals. Your focus will be on producing precise flooring estimates for insurance restoration projects.

What you will do

You will visit job sites to evaluate the scope of work and determine material needs. You will also communicate with project managers, property owners, tradespeople, and other team members to keep projects aligned.

Using Xactimate, you will prepare estimates and support pricing and material selection. You will also help installers organize and prepare materials for day-to-day jobs.

What we are looking for

Applicants should bring prior estimating experience, preferably in flooring. Familiarity with the insurance restoration sector is an advantage. Strong computer skills are required, including Xactimate and the Microsoft Office suite.
