Role Overview
As a Fleet Operations Associate, you will actively manage vehicle readiness across the city to support Zipcar members. Your duties include ensuring vehicles are clean, maintained, and relocated as needed. Mobility around the city may involve traveling by foot, bicycle, public transport, or by using a Zipcar. Tasks might include tire changes, refueling, cleaning, or assisting with towing and repairs.

- Maintain and promote the visibility and reputation of the Zipcar brand in the community

Candidate Profile
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to balance multiple tasks
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with the operations team regarding vehicle status updates
- Flexibility to work a 40-hour week including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Comfort and willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record as per company standards
- Capability to carry tools and materials weighing up to 50 pounds
