- Develop savory flavor formulations using both proven and newer technologies, including the exploration of novel molecules and delivery systems.

- Interact with customers when needed to understand brand objectives and convert them into practical flavor solutions.
- Support category-level initiatives and innovation work by contributing fresh ideas and helping solve problems early in the process.
- Assist senior flavorists in coaching, training, and developing junior colleagues through active knowledge sharing.
- Show leadership by staying engaged with regional teams, encouraging collaboration, and building strong strategic partnerships.
What the employer is looking for

- Completion of the IFF trainee course and Associate Flavorist program, or an equivalent program completed with another company.
- About 5 to 6 years of practical experience in savory flavor creation, including the ability to independently design flavors for regional and global customers and confidently manage mid-level briefs.
- Strong sensory judgment, solid ingredient knowledge, and a proven ability to formulate creatively.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
- A cooperative, team-oriented mindset.
