Role Overview
H-Squared is supporting a global investment manager in hiring an experienced fixed income professional to take part in portfolio construction, strategy design, and investment decisions across a large multi-billion-dollar platform. The role sits close to senior leadership and involves turning macroeconomic insights into practical portfolio actions for clients around the world.

What You Will Do
- Work closely with the Investment Policy Committee to support fixed income investment decisions.
- Convert views on the economy and markets into positioning across duration, curve, sector, and security selection.
- Manage portfolio rebalancing and support execution across fixed income strategies.
- Help create new investment ideas and solutions that respond to changing client requirements.
- Collaborate with research, trading, and portfolio management teams to shape investment insights and portfolio outcomes.
- Enhance portfolio analytics, tooling, and operating processes to improve scale and effectiveness.
- Communicate investment perspectives to institutional and private clients with confidence.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 7 years of experience in fixed income investing, portfolio management, research, or trading.
- Solid knowledge of portfolio construction, interest rates, credit, and risk control.
- Demonstrated ability to shape investment decisions and affect portfolio results.
- A commercial approach with interest in growing and improving an investment platform.
- Strong analytical and quantitative capability, including work with large datasets.
- Effective communication skills for conversations with investment professionals and clients.
