About The Role
- Oversee interior construction activities focused on office fit-outs and commercial workplace environments throughout all project phases, from initial planning to final handover.
- Manage budgets, coordinate various contractors, and ensure that all tasks comply with design plans, meet deadlines, and adhere to quality standards.
- Require strong experience specifically in office/corporate workplace fit-out deliveries within Singapore.
- Demonstrate excellent regional coordination skills and Project Management Office (PMO) reporting capabilities.
- Contract duration is initially one year with options for renewal.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily site operations, ensuring fit-outs and renovations conform with approved designs and project scopes.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, interior designers, suppliers, and subcontractors to maintain effective communication and coordination.
- Monitor project budgets and schedules by tracking costs, managing variation orders, and overseeing timely material deliveries to remain within budget and timeline constraints.
- Conduct regular site inspections to uphold superior workmanship standards and ensure rigorous compliance with health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
- Oversee project handover by managing all necessary documentation, addressing defect lists, and complying with local authority regulations and ISO standards prior to client occupation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or an equivalent qualification.
- 8 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven ability managing early works, substructure, and superstructure elements on large-scale projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of local regulations, approval processes, and compliance requirements.
- Strong financial acumen, particularly in costing and budgeting.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
