Role Overview

Mott MacDonald is looking for a Fire Life Safety Modeller to support international projects from its Noida location. The role centers on strengthening fire safety systems, ensuring compliance, and working closely with project teams on risk reduction and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and put into practice fire safety policies, procedures, and operating protocols for international assignments.
• Carry out routine checks of fire protection systems, including sprinkler networks, to confirm they meet applicable industry requirements.
• Work with project stakeholders to spot possible fire-related risks and define practical mitigation measures.
• Deliver guidance and training on fire prevention, evacuation planning, and the correct use of firefighting equipment.

Job Requirements

• 2 to 12 years of professional experience in engineering and construction, preferably in fire protection or a closely related area.
• Good understanding of global fire safety regulations and standards, including OSHA and similar codes.
• Ability to design, install, test, and maintain complex firefighting systems, especially sprinkler systems.
• Experience contributing to large construction projects with coordination across several stakeholders.
