Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and prepare precise accounting documentation and financial statements in compliance with organizational protocols and standards.
• Assist in fulfilling monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reporting duties with accurate and prompt data.
• Examine financial records and reconciliations to detect and correct inconsistencies.
• Work jointly with finance personnel and other departments to meet reporting necessities and resolve accounting queries.
• Support the refinement and development of reporting procedures, internal controls, and guidelines.
• Engage in ongoing improvement efforts to boost process efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory adherence.
• Guarantee the reliability and consistency of financial data within reporting platforms.

Candidate Profile

• Audit qualification preferred with around five years post-qualification experience, ideally within financial services such as investment management.
• Prior roles in accounting, financial reporting, or comparable finance positions.
• Deep knowledge of accounting standards, financial governance, and reporting workflows.
• Exceptional detail orientation accompanied by strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Experienced in managing extensive financial datasets with precision.
• Proficient problem solver capable of pinpointing and recommending enhancements.
• Strong communicator with aptitude for managing stakeholders and collaborating across teams.
• Familiarity with accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities is an asset.
