Role Overview

We are recruiting seasoned professionals in Financial and Investment Analysis to join our AI Labor Marketplace as project consultants. This is a contract role offering part-time, project-specific engagement for U.S.-based experts. Consultants will work remotely and independently, designing and evaluating intricate financial and investment scenarios to enhance AI capabilities in valuation, financial modeling, capital allocation, investment decisions, and market analytics across diverse market types.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop domain-specific financial and investment prompts mirroring daily operations in sectors like investment banking, asset management, private equity/venture capital, and corporate finance.
• Create complex and realistic analytical cases, including challenging valuation edge situations, ambiguous financial data, and conflicting information aimed at testing advanced AI models.
• Formulate evaluation rubrics with detailed criteria encompassing financial accuracy, modeling logic, assumption quality, risk evaluation, and rationale for decisions.
• Assess AI-generated model outputs using the established rubric guidelines.
• Detect and report shortcomings in valuation methodologies, financial modeling, capital structure scrutiny, or investment judgments.
• Generate exemplary responses illustrating how a senior financial or investment expert would approach these tasks.
• Deliver structured feedback to refine AI performance related to professional financial analysis and judgment.

• Rubric-based evaluations offering clarity on AI's financial reasoning abilities.
• High-quality model responses exemplifying senior-level investment and financial modeling expertise.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of eight years' experience in fields such as investment banking, asset management, private equity/venture capital, trading, or corporate finance.
• CFA certification is preferred; advanced proficiency in financial modeling and valuation is essential.
• Relevant roles may include Senior Financial Analyst, Investment Analyst, Investment Banking Analyst, Managing Director, Quantitative Analyst, or Financial Researcher.
• Proven experience making or supporting actual investment or capital allocation choices.
• Ability to exercise independent, senior-level financial judgment confidently.

Additional Information

This opportunity is project-based with compensation on a per-project basis. Hourly rates between $100 and $120 are indicative estimates based on expected task duration. Consultants manage their own schedules and tools and may engage with multiple vendors concurrently as permitted. Only candidates based in the United States are eligible.
