Financial Due Diligence Manager / Assistant Director

About the Role

As part of a respected client associated with a top-tier consulting firm, this position involves engaging in a variety of complex, high-profile financial transactions including mergers, acquisitions, buy-outs, and flotations. The role requires working within multi-disciplinary teams to deliver detailed financial due diligence and transaction advisory services.

Key Duties

• Analyze critical financial matters and conduct relevant financial assessments to identify key issues.
• Lead smaller projects independently or support larger projects under limited supervision from partners.
• Prepare thorough Transaction Services reports, reviewing and consolidating inputs from other team members.
• Guide and develop junior colleagues by offering constructive and timely feedback for each assignment.
• Build and maintain credibility with clients and target companies as a representative of the firm.
• Maintain professional relationships at middle and senior management levels to foster future business opportunities.
• Participate actively in compiling proposals and supporting business development activities.
• Promote effective teamwork and contribute to enhancing team morale.
• Ensure timely completion of risk documentation in accordance with technical and risk management policies.
• Contribute to practice development initiatives including sales, personnel growth, and solution development when possible.

Additional Information

This position is based in Gurugram, India, associated with a reputed client of a leading consulting firm. The offered salary ranges from 2,750,000 to 4,250,000 INR per annum.
