Key Responsibilities
- Develop and update comprehensive, dynamic financial models that facilitate strategic decisions including revenue prediction, cost analysis, and profit margin studies.
- Manage Profit & Loss processes for special deals, integrating feedback from relevant stakeholders.
- Serve as the FB&A collaborator with APAC Sales leadership, assisting with budget creation, quarterly forecasts, headcount planning, and variance analysis (actual vs forecast).
- Work closely with cross-department teams such as Operations, Business Intelligence, Research & Development, Marketing, and Procurement to provide insights that support informed decision-making.
Candidate Requirements
- Three to five years' experience in financial planning & analysis, business analytics, or strategic roles preferably in international technology companies.

- Proficiency in Excel is essential; familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau and budgeting software like Anaplan, Adaptive, or Pigment is beneficial.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, matrix-structured environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed, with flexibility to work varied hours.
- Analytical mindset with excellent communication skills to convert complex data into strategic business insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related areas. An MBA is considered an asset.
