Financial Analyst - Vendor Payable

Overview

RSM Delivery Center India is hiring a Financial Analyst specializing in Vendor Payables to manage comprehensive procure-to-pay activities within its India finance team. The position demands precise and prompt processing of invoices, vendor relationship management, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations and internal financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

The role entails collaborating with business units, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), controllership, and treasury departments to maintain disciplined payment processes, budget alignment, and regulatory adherence.

Qualification and Experience

The ideal candidate should be a Commerce graduate with additional qualifications such as CA, CA intermediate, MBA in Finance, or equivalent. Candidates should have between 4 to 7 years of experience in accounts payable or procure-to-pay functions, preferably within multinational or shared services environments.

Skills and Knowledge

• Comprehensive knowledge of procure-to-pay processes including invoice management, vendor handling, and payment cycles.
• Working familiarity with GST and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) as they relate to vendor payments.
• Experience using ERP software like Tally, SAP, or Workday and advanced Excel skills for data management.
• Sound understanding of accounting principles and month-end closing procedures.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams such as controllership, FP&A, headquarters, and auditors.
• Meticulous attention to detail and capability to handle large volumes of transactions efficiently.

Eligibility
