Eligibility and Educational Background

Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related specialization. Candidates from science or engineering disciplines are not eligible for this finance position.

Professional Experience Requirements

• 3 to 4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR)
• 1 to 4 years of experience in General Ledger (GL) and Record to Report (R2R)
• 1 to 4 years of experience in Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS), journal entry postings, and accounting tasks
• Strong knowledge and practice in journal entries
• 1 to 2 years of monthly and quarterly reporting experience, preferably CA qualified
• 8 to 12 years of global reporting experience and post-qualification experience ranging from 8 to 15 years in Financial Planning and Analysis (FPNA) and IFRS compliance
• Qualifications such as CA, CMA, or MBA in Finance with extensive experience: CA holders with 5 to 8 years, CMA or MBA candidates with 10 to 15 years in business finance and FPNA
