Role Overview
We seek a highly analytical and strategic Finance Manager or Senior Financial Analyst to guide financial planning, performance assessment, and support business decisions. This role encompasses managing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and evaluating business outcomes, all while providing insightful recommendations to foster growth and operational excellence.
Primary Responsibilities
- Direct initiatives in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial strategies.
- Compile and assess financial statements, management reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
- Create financial models to aid business planning, investment evaluation, and key decision-making.
- Track financial metrics including KPIs and operational measures.
- Examine revenues, expenses, profits, cash flow, and financial trends to find areas for enhancement.
- Assist in strategic planning through business case development, scenario analysis, and forecasting.
- Partner with business leaders to review financial results and optimize allocation of resources.
- Identify financial risks and propose strategies to increase efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.
- Contribute to month-end, quarter-end, and annual financial closing processes.
- Work with accounting, operations, and leadership teams to enhance reporting precision and effectiveness.
- Prepare variance analysis reports and suggest improvements based on findings.
- Drive improvements in financial processes, reporting systems, and analytical tools through automation and innovation.
- Maintain precise financial records while protecting confidential data.
- Stay updated on market trends, economic shifts, and best practices in finance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
- Comprehensive knowledge of corporate finance, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting practices.
- Expertise in financial modeling, valuation, investment analysis, and performance management.
- Understanding of accounting principles, applicable regulations, internal controls, and governance.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, ERP platforms, financial reporting software, and BI tools.
- Strong quantitative analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with attention to precision.
- Capability to interpret complex financial data into transparent and actionable business advice.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Organizational talents and project management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
