Finance Manager / Senior Finance Manager

Role Overview

A growing manufacturing and trading organization in Dubai is looking for an experienced Finance Manager / Senior Finance Manager to join its leadership group. The selected professional will partner with the Directors and senior leadership to provide strategic financial direction while also managing the company’s day-to-day finance and accounting operations.

Core Responsibilities

• Take charge of the group’s finance and accounting activities, ensuring financial records and reports are accurate and delivered on time.
• Draft monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements in line with IFRS requirements.
• Build, track, and present budgets, forecasts, and annual business plans.
• Handle cash flow management, working capital, banking relationships, and treasury-related matters.
• Create, implement, and maintain strong internal controls, financial policies, and accounting procedures.
• Oversee product costing, inventory control, profitability reviews, and operational performance reporting.
• Ensure adherence to UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, and other relevant legal and regulatory obligations.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, and government or regulatory bodies as needed.
• Assist management with financial analysis and actionable insights for strategic decisions.
• Promote improvements in processes, automation, and finance best practices across the business.
• Guide, coach, and develop the finance team while encouraging a results-driven culture.

Candidate Profile

• A qualified Chartered Accountant, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or someone holding an equivalent professional qualification.
• 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, including 3 to 5 years of managerial experience in the UAE.
• Background in manufacturing, industrial, trading, engineering, or project-based businesses will be an advantage.
• Solid command of IFRS, budgeting, financial planning, treasury management, internal controls, and management reporting.
• Experience working with ERP platforms and automated accounting systems.
• Good understanding of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working with business owners and senior management in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The monthly salary range is AED 15,000 to AED 25,000. For highly exceptional candidates, the package can be discussed and adjusted based on qualifications and experience.
