Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all banking activities connected with tender submissions.
  • Coordinate the processing of EMD, tender fees, bank guarantees, and performance guarantees.
  • Work with banks for issuing, modifying, renewing, and closing bank guarantees.
  • Keep organized records of tender-related financial papers and bank transactions.
  • Monitor guarantee validity, EMD refunds, and all compliance deadlines.
  • Coordinate closely with the Tender, Accounts, and Project teams to ensure submissions happen on time.
  • Prepare MIS reports covering tenders, bank guarantees, and banking transactions.
  • Maintain accuracy and regulatory compliance in every tender finance activity.

Desired Profile

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in banking operations, finance, or tender support. Prior exposure to construction, infrastructure, or EPC environments will be an advantage.

Strong working knowledge of bank guarantees, EMD, tender fees, and banking documentation is expected, along with good command over MS Excel and ERP tools. The role also requires strong coordination ability, attention to documentation, and analytical thinking.
