- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, bringing commercial challenge and insight.
- Provide analysis, reporting, and recommendations that help improve business performance and support expansion.
- Work with senior stakeholders on pricing, investment choices, new opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
- Manage financial risk oversight and contribute to governance forums while ensuring risks are identified and controlled appropriately.
- Lead, coach, and develop the finance team, building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Hold responsibility for a PCF-11 designated role and ensure ongoing compliance with Central Bank of Ireland Fitness & Probity requirements.

- Proven track record of leading, developing, and motivating high-performing finance teams.
- Strong commercial judgment and the confidence to influence strategic business decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to meet Central Bank of Ireland Fitness & Probity standards and obtain approval for a PCF-11 designated role.
