Role Overview

We are seeking a Chartered Accountant with 2 to 3 years of professional experience, ideally from a Big 4 audit firm, to take ownership of financial reporting and compliance functions. This position also requires spearheading process enhancements and the adoption of automation within financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver precise and compliant financial reports in line with Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS).
• Lead initiatives to improve operational processes, enhance internal controls, and apply automation techniques in finance functions.
• Conduct thorough financial analyses to recognize risks and identify areas requiring improvement.
• Establish strong internal controls and scalable financial systems that accommodate rapid company growth.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial data in principal reports, including Center level Profit & Loss statements.
• Manage the preparation of accurate financial statements and forward-looking reports adhering to IND-AS.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Qualification as a Chartered Accountant is mandatory.
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with a background in Big 4 audit firms.
• Comprehensive understanding of IND AS and financial reporting requirements.
• Strong analytical capabilities combined with effective stakeholder management skills.
• Experience driving process improvements and finance automation projects.
