Job description

About Redcare Pharmacy

Redcare Pharmacy is positioned as Europe’s leading e-pharmacy and is built on enthusiastic teams and advanced innovation. The company aims to foster a supportive, collaborative workplace where people feel appreciated and motivated to help deliver on the mission: “Until every human has their health”.

This opportunity is suited for someone who wants meaningful work and a role that reflects their values.

About the Role

Redcare Pharmacy is hiring a Business Controller for Pharma Operations, HR, and Finance Transformation to join the Financial Planning & Cost Controlling team.

In this role, you will act as the main finance partner for the Pharma Operations and Human Resources functions. You will support key business decisions through robust planning, analysis, and performance management, turning complex financial and operational information into practical recommendations. You will also help question assumptions and contribute to value creation across the business.

In addition to business partnering, you will contribute to the transformation of the FP&A function. This includes working on modern planning technologies and AI-enabled solutions to help build a more scalable, data-led finance function.

You will report to the Head of Financial Planning & Cost Controlling and work closely with senior leaders, including members of the Managing Board, on strategic topics within an international, fast-growing business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of planning, forecasting, and reporting activities for Pharma Operations and Human Resources.
  • Prepare monthly performance reviews, variance analyses, and management presentations, including HR reporting at Redcare Group level.
  • Review financial results, operational KPIs, and cost drivers to uncover improvement areas, test performance assumptions, and create measurable business impact.
  • Strengthen forecasting accuracy, planning approaches, and overall financial clarity over time.
  • Serve as a reliable finance advisor to the Head of HR, the Executive Director Pharma Operations, and their leadership teams.
  • Question assumptions, highlight risks and opportunities, and provide evidence-based recommendations for decisions.
  • Build and support business cases for investments, transformation efforts, and growth initiatives.
  • Carry out scenario analysis and financial impact evaluations for major business choices.
  • Support the rollout and ongoing development of the newly chosen FP&A platform.
  • Help automate reporting, planning, and forecasting workflows to increase efficiency and improve decision support.
  • Investigate and implement AI-based solutions and advanced analytics to strengthen FP&A capabilities.
  • Promote better data quality, more effective planning, and stronger reporting standards across the organization.

About You

You should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline, along with 4 to 6 years of experience in FP&A, business controlling, or financial analysis.

We are looking for someone with a strong grasp of planning, forecasting, performance management, and business case creation, plus solid financial modelling abilities.

You need to be highly analytical and comfortable working with data, with the ability to convert complex figures into clear business insights and recommendations.

Advanced Excel capability is required, along with experience using analytical tools such as Power Query, Power Pivot, or similar solutions.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are important, as is the ability to work effectively across departments and international teams.

You should be curious, proactive, and eager to improve processes through technology, automation, and AI-driven approaches.
