Role overview
Terex Corporation is hiring an experienced Final/Sub Assembly Fitter for its Carrickmacross facility in County Monaghan, Ireland. The position reports to the Assembly Team Leader and focuses on building mobile screening equipment in a team-oriented production environment.
Working hours
This is a 40-hour workweek role. The schedule runs Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
What you will do
- Fit components on the assembly line for track trommel machines.
- Use both powered and hand tools to complete assembly tasks.
- Interpret engineering drawings accurately.
- Work toward set production targets while maintaining line efficiency.
- Handle production parts safely and in a controlled manner.
- Contribute as part of a team to ongoing improvement efforts.
Experience and qualifications
Prior mechanical fitting experience is required. Experience working with hydraulics is helpful, and training can be provided. Previous work in a similar manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
