Role Overview
This opportunity is a professional, part-time unpaid traineeship focusing on film editing, taking place Mondays and Tuesdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM over 16 weeks. While paid employment is not guaranteed, outstanding trainees may be offered roles within the company after completion. The role involves video and film production, editing, filming for both short and feature documentaries, and may include writing and on-location shooting. Trainees gain practical industry experience and contribute to a range of projects.
Additional Information
The traineeship complies with Fair Work Australia guidelines. The company offers flexibility for studies and exam absences and covers all expenses such as travel, coffee, and meals when on filming assignments. Successful completion awards a certificate and may be recognized for workplace course credits by many educational institutions. Exceptional talent may be hired before the traineeship ends.
Qualifications
