  • Assess, order, and combine raw footage into completed media that aligns with customer expectations and technical specifications.
  • Develop technical visual materials such as illustrations, animations, visualizations, and imagery enhanced through photo editing.
  • Create technical drawings and visual aids including architectural, engineering, 2D/3D representational, and battlespace maps or scenario graphics for presentations, reports, manuals, posters, and similar outputs.
  • Study source material and determine the most effective visual approach, including planning image and video coverage strategies.
  • Support field photography and videography needs, maintain digital asset storage and filing systems, and coordinate archiving and retrieval with support personnel.
  • Operate independently on critical assignments and, when necessary, guide or supervise junior team members.
  • Confirm that all deliverables comply with classification, CUI, OPSEC, public release, and Government IT compatibility requirements.

Requirements

  • An active Secret clearance is mandatory at the time of hire and must remain in effect for the duration of the contract.
  • At least 5 years of continuous full-time experience in film and video editing, multimedia production, or technical visualization.
  • Proven ability to edit motion content, sync audio tracks, and create technical illustrations, animations, visualizations, and photo-enhanced imagery.
  • Prior experience in photography, digital asset management, or supervising junior production staff is preferred.
  • Background in DoD or Government visual information settings is an advantage.
  • Comfort using professional editing and multimedia production tools, technical illustration and visualization software, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft 365.
  • Strong creative decision-making, customer orientation, and familiarity with CUI handling, OPSEC, public release controls, and visual information records procedures.
