Your Responsibilities

• Lead your store team with support from the deputy store manager
• Oversee the store's appearance, manage ordering processes, implement presentation guidelines, and handle daily operational tasks
• Hold personnel responsibility, including scheduling and fostering employee development
• Recruit and build your store team
• Collaborate with regional management to discuss results and store development

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training, preferably with experience in a similar retail management role
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of responsibility
• Strong communication skills to motivate and provide feedback to your team
• Availability to work 40 hours per week over five days, including regular evenings and weekends
• Willingness to participate in an eight-week training program at one of our trainer stores in Germany
