Position overview

For the store in Soest, North Rhine-Westphalia, KODi Diskontläden GmbH is looking for a full-time branch manager to oversee daily store operations and lead a team of 7 to 9 employees. The role combines sales leadership, team management, and administrative control in a retail environment.

Your responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the branch with a clear focus on sales and target achievement.
• Lead, develop, organize, and coordinate the store team.
• Handle merchandise planning and the daily closing process.
• Maintain proper stockroom and warehouse organization.
• Manage continuous inventory tracking and all related administrative tasks.
• Work closely and constructively with the area sales manager.
