Job Overview

We are hiring a Remote File Clerk responsible for maintaining accurate and organized company databases. This role involves gathering information from internal departments and customers and ensuring precise data entry across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and index files from shared portals by verifying document specifics and cataloging them with appropriate metadata.
  • Organize documents according to naming standards, oversee folder hierarchies, and perform necessary file format conversions.
  • Conduct random quality checks to ensure data accuracy and manage routing of exceptions as needed.
  • Handle sensitive information responsibly, manage archival tasks, and assist in internal audit processes.
  • Work closely with HR, Finance, and Operations teams to facilitate seamless information flow.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Prior experience in records management or administrative support is advantageous.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to adhere to strict filing procedures.
  • Proficiency in utilizing cloud storage solutions, PDF manipulation tools, and spreadsheet applications.
