Role Overview

The position of Field Territory Representative in the South Island centers on cultivating and expanding strong relationships with retail partners, enhancing in-store brand activations, and advancing sales of Subemo’s brand partners' products. This role is ideal for someone enthusiastic about technology and design, capable of multitasking as a sales expert, trainer, brand ambassador, and trusted consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and sustain robust relationships with key external and internal stakeholders.
• Increase sales by managing accounts effectively, conducting training, merchandising, and offering in-store assistance.
• Professionally represent Subemo and its partners while demonstrating expert product knowledge.
• Carry out store-level promotional activities and assist with product launches to boost retail visibility and customer engagement.
• Discover new business opportunities aligned with the premium and boutique positioning of Subemo.
• Provide consistent market feedback regarding trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Ensure precise documentation in CRM, contributing to sales forecasting and strategic planning.

Candidate Profile

• Experienced in field sales or account management, particularly within consumer electronics, lifestyle, or design-driven products.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, naturally skilled at building relationships.
• Self-reliant and able to independently manage time, travel logistics, and priorities.
• Passionate about premium technology and design with a strong customer-centric approach.
• Holder of a valid New Zealand driver’s license, willing and able to travel nationwide frequently.
