Role Overview
This position involves hands-on service support for coffee vending machines at customer sites across Mumbai. The role focuses on installing equipment, carrying out routine upkeep, resolving faults, and keeping machines operating reliably.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and service coffee vending machines as required.
- Diagnose technical issues and complete repairs on equipment.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance at customer premises.
- Travel to assigned client locations throughout Mumbai.
- Prepare service records and maintain accurate maintenance documentation.
- Work to deliver a positive customer experience and keep service quality high.
Compensation
The role offers a stipend/salary of INR 15,000 to INR 18,000 per month.
