About the Role

This position is for a Field Support Manager working remotely from Australia. The role is centered on delivering a strong customer experience by providing advanced technical assistance to dealers and end users of the PTx product range. You will also work closely with R&D on upcoming launches, conduct dealer training, assist at trade events, and contribute to PTx documentation and publications.

Key Duties

  • Handle technical support calls from growers and dealers during business hours.
  • Respond to enquiries and follow up on callback requests in a timely manner.
  • Attend site visits when remote troubleshooting is no longer sufficient.
  • Share product issues, customer feedback, and future needs with the R&D team for both current and upcoming products.
  • Take an active role in launch activities to support successful go-to-market execution for new products.
  • Develop and run initiatives that improve customer experience, streamline processes, and strengthen training outcomes.
  • Write, update, and edit technical materials such as manuals, bulletins, and product instructions.
  • Provide field-based support for issues that cannot be resolved remotely.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Background as a tractor or diesel mechanic is ideal, particularly with exposure to GPS and guidance systems.
  • At least 3 years of experience supporting precision agriculture equipment.
  • Strong troubleshooting ability and a practical, solution-oriented mindset.
