Job Overview
The Field Service XI - Thermal Coordinator is pivotal in managing and organizing the final stages of product preparation including finalization, packing, and material oversight for projects exiting the factory site. Acting as the crucial link, this role ensures seamless workflow and quality assurance as products transition from the factory to the installation site. Essentially, it serves as the onsite team's representation within the factory environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide expert support to design, deployment engineering, and R&D teams, sharing knowledge and practical experience.
- Assist production supervisors and factory foremen to maintain smooth production operations.
- Oversee site project execution preparations directly within the factory setting.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, warehouse, and logistics personnel to facilitate successful project handovers.
- Serve as the communication bridge between factory and site management concerning materials, scheduling, quality control, observations, packing, and logistics.
- Monitor factory activities, maintain material lists, and supervise packing processes during assembly stages.
- Coordinate all interactions and activities between factory and onsite teams to ensure alignment.
- Generate and deliver comprehensive progress reports to project managers and construction managers.
- Stay informed on industry advancements, standards, and technologies to inform operational improvements.
- Provide constructive feedback to relevant stakeholders and deliver briefings or presentations as needed.
- Maintain close collaboration with warehouse and logistics to streamline operations and inform site teams accordingly.
Qualifications
- Minimum requirement of a high school diploma with focus on civil engineering or a comparable technical field.
- At least three years of practical experience working in similar roles within the industry.
- Ability to function autonomously and collaboratively within teams.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends at the factory as project demands.
- Available for travel to project sites as necessary (approximately 15% travel time).
- Proficiency in English with at least a B2 level competence in written and spoken communication.
