About the Role and Company
We are hiring a Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team, responsible for delivering high-quality repair and maintenance services for a range of company and third-party products. This position offers remote working based in the West Lancashire, Greater Manchester, or Merseyside areas.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional repair and maintenance services for electrical and electronic equipment, including emergency lighting and fire systems.
- Engage with a diverse customer base, including vulnerable and elderly clients, ensuring excellent customer service and interpersonal relations.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Possession of an Electrical or Electronic qualification equivalent to NVQ Level 2.
- Full UK Category B driving license for manual vehicles.
- Experience in testing fire safety systems is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal aptitude.
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective team player with excellent time management and planning capabilities.
- Willingness to work at heights and/or in enclosed dusty environments.
- Experience interacting with elderly or vulnerable populations is advantageous.
