About the role
Imast Operations is looking for an active, field-oriented Field Officer (FOS) to support an electrician loyalty initiative in the electrical/FMCG/consumer durables space. This is a full-time, 100% on-ground job based in Chennai, involving regular market coverage, electrician outreach, and close coordination with local sales teams.
What you will do
- Visit construction sites, electrical markets, retail counters, and contractor networks to identify electricians and enroll them in the loyalty program through the mobile app.
- Collect and enter complete, accurate participant information during registration.
- Explain the program’s benefits, points system, and redemption process to electricians.
- Encourage electricians to activate their profiles and stay engaged with the program.
- Influence electricians to choose Eveready products more often.
- Plan and conduct 2 to 3 electrician meetups every month at retail locations.
- Work with retailers and Eveready’s local sales staff to ensure events are executed smoothly and participation is strong.
- Coordinate joint visits and sourcing support with the local sales team.
- Serve as the connection point between electricians, retailers, and the company.
- Train electricians on app usage, scanning, and redemption steps.
- Provide ongoing ground-level assistance as needed.
- Log day-to-day field activity in the mobile app and submit timely, accurate reports.
