Job Summary
We are looking for Field Sales Officers in Meerut, Indore, and Nagpur for full-time roles. This position requires engaging customers both by phone and in person, to promote and sell insurance products, develop leads, and complete sales transactions while supporting policy issuance processes.
Responsibilities
- Spend half of your time reaching out to prospective customers via calls to explain insurance offerings and arrange meetings.
- Dedicate the remaining time to visiting clients in the field to generate leads, help with paperwork, and finalize sales.
- Foster and sustain durable customer relationships to promote repeat business.
- Meet or exceed designated monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure policy paperwork and issuance proceed smoothly.
Eligibility Criteria
- Open to both fresh graduates and experienced sales personnel.
- Minimum education: 12th grade or graduation.
- Strong communication abilities required.
- Possession of a two-wheeler is preferred for efficient field visits.
Compensation and Benefits
- Entry-level candidates can earn up to ₹22,000 net per month.
- Experienced candidates may receive up to ₹32,800 net monthly.
