Field Sales Executive

Operating for nearly four decades, it caters primarily to manufacturing and logistics clients in Punjab by providing stretch-wrapping systems, coil packaging, storage solutions, and preventive maintenance contracts.

Position Summary

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth within specified territories including Ludhiana, Moga, Malerkotla, Fatehgarh, Ferozpur, and Bathinda. This includes engaging with prospective and existing clients to demonstrate equipment, negotiate deals, and promote sales and rental agreements alongside maintenance contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Regularly visit a targeted list of over 250 manufacturing and logistics companies within an assigned territory.
• Provide on-site demonstrations of equipment capabilities and present relevant product information.
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and finalize purchase or rental agreements.
• Close transactions involving equipment sales, rentals, and annual maintenance contracts (AMCs).
• Coordinate installations with the service team and manage post-sale follow-ups.
• Develop ongoing revenue streams through upselling preventive maintenance services.
• Maintain accurate weekly sales pipeline reports and provide reliable sales forecasts.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in B2B sales, preferably within manufacturing equipment or distribution sectors.
• Capability to independently manage and grow a geographical sales territory.
• Willingness to engage in regular travel and flexible scheduling as per field requirements.
• Proficiency in Hindi, Punjabi, and English communication.
• Strong skills in negotiation and deal closure.
