About the Role
The Airtel Xstream Fiber Executive (XFE) is a dynamic and field-centric sales position aimed at acquiring new customers for Airtel’s broadband products including Xstream Fiber and AirFiber.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate leads by visiting residential complexes, societies, markets, and business districts.
- Engage potential customers with detailed sales presentations, highlighting broadband plans, Wi-Fi capabilities, and bundled OTT entertainment packages through direct door-to-door marketing.
- Facilitate customer onboarding by gathering required identification documents, ensuring Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance, and accurately submitting application forms using the Airtel sales mobile app.
- Consistently achieve and surpass sales and customer acquisition targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, including building-specific penetration goals.
