Overview
We are urgently seeking enthusiastic Field Sales Executives (FSE) to join the core growth team at Paytm. This position involves expanding Paytm's merchant network by enrolling local shops, retail outlets, and businesses, and you will be directly employed and paid by Paytm.
Key Duties
- Visit local markets and retail establishments to onboard new merchants onto the Paytm platform.
- Install Paytm QR codes at merchant locations to enable digital transactions.
- Set up and activate Paytm Soundboxes for business owners to facilitate seamless payments.
- Provide training to merchants on how to effectively use Paytm devices and address their inquiries.
Requirements
Candidates must possess an Android smartphone and own a two-wheeler such as a bike or scooter to perform field duties efficiently.
Compensation and Benefits
The role offers a monthly salary between 21000 and 45000 INR, along with attractive weekly and monthly performance-based incentives. Official onboarding is provided through a direct offer letter from Paytm, with payroll handled by the company.
