Field Sales Executive - Home Try-On (Refractionist)

About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic Field Sales Executives to join our Home Try-On team. This role requires visiting customers at their residences to perform eye power assessments and guide them through selecting appropriate frames and lenses for purchase.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct up to 5 customer appointments daily, adapting to daily fluctuations.
• Travel to customer homes for appointments assigned by the company.
• Transport a company-supplied kit bag, containing refraction instruments, machines, digital tools, frames, and lenses, typically weighing between 15–20 kg, optimized towards 15 kg, using a two-wheeler.
• Carry out preliminary eye examinations, recommend suitable eyewear, and convert interactions into sales.
• Develop business opportunities through a combination of 60% company-assigned leads and 40% self-sourced leads.

Training Provided

• A comprehensive 1-month salaried training consisting of both classroom and practical field sessions.
• Classroom Training (25 days) covering eye care basics, equipment usage, product knowledge, and sales methodologies.
• Field Training (8–10 days) including real-world exposure, with a designated mentor for support and shadowing.
• Successful trainees will commence live field work starting from the second month.

Eligibility Criteria

• Possession of a valid driving license and ownership of a two-wheeler vehicle.
• Male candidates only.
• Age limit up to 35 years.

• Willingness and ability to travel for customer appointments.
• Capable of carrying the required kit bag during visits.
• Strong sales orientation with effective communication and customer service abilities.
