Field Sales Executive – Direct Booking Promotions (Malls & Exhibitions)

Overview

We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our field sales team. This full-time role is focused on direct booking promotions at various malls and travel exhibitions within the city. The work involves engaging potential customers during mall events and travel fairs to increase direct bookings.

Qualifications and Eligibility

• Open to graduates, undergraduates, freshers, and candidates irrespective of prior experience.
• Must be available and comfortable working on weekends, public holidays, and festival days.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented individuals eager to earn through salary plus performance incentives.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team-oriented mindset are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with visitors at malls, exhibitions, and other promotional events to encourage direct bookings.
• Communicate effectively in English, Hindi, and local languages to widen customer outreach.
• Use basic computer skills regularly for booking data entry and management.
• Work in flexible rotational shifts of 7 hours including a 30-minute break, covering weekends and festivals.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and enthusiasm during all customer engagements.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to foster a cooperative team environment.
• Clearly understand and communicate the brand’s products and benefits to potential customers.
