About the Role
Asian Paints is urgently seeking a Field Sales Executive to handle both B2B and B2C sales channels. The position, titled Easy Colour Contractor Associate (ECA), involves actively engaging with dealers, distributors, builders, and architects to drive product sales and successfully close sales leads.
Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for meeting and coordinating with various stakeholders such as dealers, distributors, builders, and architects to generate and finalize sales opportunities, contributing directly to the company's business growth.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven product sales experience.
- Graduation with at least 50% marks.
- Maximum age limit of 33 years.
- Possession of a valid bike driving license and personal bike is mandatory.
Salary and Benefits
- For candidates based outside metro cities, the offer includes a take-home salary of INR 21,000 and a cost to company (CTC) of INR 25,000.
- Additional benefits include petrol allowance and mediclaim coverage.
