Job Responsibilities
- Conduct visits to real estate broker offices within the designated area.
- Present and showcase the features of the OrangeLeaf mobile application to brokers.
- Facilitate onboarding process and guide new brokers through app registration.
- Convert users who have registered into paid subscription members.
- Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with broker partners.
- Identify and acquire new brokers via direct field engagements.
- Perform consistent follow-ups to optimize conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Prepare and submit daily activity and sales performance reports.
Candidate Eligibility
- Must be a graduate or undergraduate; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Hindi, Marathi, or English communication is required.
- Comfort with conducting field sales and engaging clients in person.
- Basic familiarity with smartphones and mobile applications.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or real estate domains is an advantage.
